How to RMA your products

Step 1: Please visit our RMA website at https://warranty.tech-dynamic.com to submit your RMA case and book your appointment.

*RMA is strictly by appointments only.

Step 2: Once we accept the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring down your RMA item on the day of appointment.

**The duration needed for RMA will be subjected on a case by case basis

***Please do not bring down whole system. Otherwise, charges will apply.
